Return Policy

At D313, all products are made to order. However, we want you to feel confident shopping with us, so we gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery with a $5 fee.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Customers must contact us before sending back a return

To start a return, please email hello@detroit313shop.com with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you would like to return
  • the reason for your return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the warehouse return address.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Returns sent without approval may not be accepted

Because all items are made to order, exchanges are not processed directly. Customers may place a new order at any time after initiating a return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll make it right at no additional cost.
